Cynthia brings a rare blend of corporate experience and deep community commitment to everything she does at BRB. With a background in high-revenue account management with companies like Best Buy, Sam's Club, and Tractor Supply, she knows what it takes to deliver results at scale - and she brings that same discipline to every event and fundraiser she manages for our clients.

Cynthia oversees planning and execution of multi-day conventions, board meetings, annual fundraisers, and community events. She is also a board member of Friends of Hamilton ISD, Friends of the Hamilton Public Library, and Co-Chair of the Gary Wayne Schoen, Jr. Memorial Golf Tournament and Scholarship Fund.

Cynthia invests and dedicates her time to almost every board or activity that has to do with her two children, who are both very active in school and sports activities. She and her family love to golf, enjoy lake life on the water, and just cherish being together with family and friends. And in rare moments, Cynthia loves a quiet afternoon gardening in her flowerbeds and playing a fun game of Mahjong!
