Liz is the founder and CEO (Chief Engagement Officer) of Big Red Brand. Together with her husband, Garen, they also own a small photography business called Garen Graves Photography.

As long-time members of multiple associations, locally, state-wide, and nationally, Liz understood that many associations, councils, and non-profit organizations often have limited resources and are made up of busy individuals that are volunteering their very limited time. Additionally, as fellow small business owners, she also understands that small businesses often do not have a marketing or business development departments necessary to meet sales and growth goals. This is why Big Red Brand was created. We're committed to providing tailored support and guidance to help organizations and small businesses succeed.

Liz grew up going to construction jobsites with her dad and working in the office and yard with her mom, who owned P and S Masonry. You could say that masonry is her first love. a proud graduate of Texas A & M University (whoop!) and spent her days there working with the Athletic Department as a student Athletic Trainer before graduating with a degree in Education, giving her the ability to work with intense situations and roll with the punches.
